Event Details

Tai Chi provides a slow, gentle exercise routine suitable for all ages and skill levels.  It is especially useful for older adults as it focuses on building flexibility, muscle strength, and balance.  Tai Chi has been shown to improve balance, sleep, and cognition.  Join Sensei Tom Wolford and experience the energizing practice of Tai Chi.  The class meets every Tuesday at 11:00 a.m.
