Event Details

Girls Who Code Club is a community of 3rd through 5th grade girls who design, code, read, and explore the world of computer science together. Each meeting, taking place every other Thursday, features activities, discussions, and creative challenges based on the best-selling "Girls Who Code" books. GWC Club is designed to expose girls to bravery, resilience, and computational thinking through fun activities, social opportunities, inspiring stories of women in technology, and creative challenges.

Registration will open on Novemer 16, 2019 at 9:00 a.m. and is limited to 10 girls in 3rd, 4th, and 5th grades. Three waitlist spots will also be available. For questions, contact Jacqueline Belden at jbelden@kckpl.org.
