GirlPower! 
Come join for a fun and interactive program designed to empower young girls! We will learn through art, theatre, journal writing and dance the benefits of positive body image, effective communication and how to build a brighter future for ourselves!

Through discussion, presenters, group discussions and fun activities for young girls ages 11-18 we will learn how to:
-Promote positive body image and self-esteem
-How to respect others and understand outside influences
-Encourage communication with parents or guardians to build trust
-Understands tools of effective communication and avoid conflict
-Encourage healthy decision making to build a brighter future
