Earn-a-Bike this summer at the West Wyandotte Library with Bike Walk KC! Join us in July to learn basic bicycle safety and maintenance skills, while stoking your passion for riding bikes. Successful completion of the program results in a free bicycle! This program features riding basics (starting, stopping, riding straight, scanning, and signaling), smart cycling and rules of the road, and basic bike maintenance and repair. Bicycles and helmets will be available to use during the course of the instruction period.

Come learn with us and earn your free bicycle! Registration and parental consent are required, as space is limited. Registration opens June 1, 2019 at 9:00 a.m. This workshop is for children ages 8 to 14, and children must attend all four sessions to earn a bike. Children must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at each session.
