Program Description

Event Details

You are a creative being worthy of expression! Learn to reconnect with your inner self and your creativity using painting as a tool for self-discovery in an environment free from judgment. In this process art workshop, we will use the basic tools of tempera paint, brushes and paper to tap and express from the deep wellspring within, allowing space for your inner child to come out and play with color, lines, and form without any critique or criticism. With gentle support, you will be guided to explore deeper layers of awareness and revel in the bliss of surrender to the creative flow. No art experience necessary. All materials provided. Pre-registration required. Space is limited, so register now to reserve your spot.
