Habits of Happy People
Happiness is a choice and a way of living that can be learned. The presentation on September 25 will focus on our habits and how they can affect our happiness. It will cover a range of topics that involve mind, body, and spirit.
Our habits are significant because they not only influence our personal well being, but also affect many parts of our lives, including family relationships, friendships, and the achievement of our personal goals. Our habits can also be a significant factor in helping us cope with adversity.
Presenter: Lauren Jilek, a health & wellness enthusiast, comes to us from Partners in Primary Care, a primary care doctor’s office for seniors that opened in KCK this past year. In hopes of enabling people to make informed decisions for themselves and serving the community, Lauren is passionate about bringing accessible educational programs and encouragement throughout the Kansas City Metro.
