Local author Tiffhany Bell will be presenting her book Tears Reap Joy: Restoration from the Inside Out: A Story of Forgiveness, Repentance and and Renewal.  Her book discusses how she found healing through the act of forgiving and shares her experiences with the reader.  Copies of the book will be available for purchase and to be signed by the author.
