Join the Mobile Library/Blue Route to celebrate the finale of our 2018 Summer Reading Program! There will be a caricature artist, drinks, snacks and FUN! All are welcome, but you must register online or sign up on the mobile library to have a portrait  drawn. Space is limited. It's been a great ride, let's end it with a bang!
