Homeschool Tuesday: Pixilation Animation PART 2

Join us for a two-part workshop on Pixilation Animation! Pixilation animation is the stop-motion animation of humans, and is a really fun activity that teaches problem solving, collaboration and principles of animation.

In part 1, we will meet on Zoom to learn about pixilation and how to do it. After the program, participants will then film their own pixilation movie in their free time, then email the finished product to the event host, and pick up part 2 viewing party bag at the library.

Part 2 will be a Zoom viewing party! On 1/26/21 at 10:00am we will watch everyone's finished films while enjoying the viewing party bag you picked up.

1. Register
2. Print out the attached document, or pick one up from the library by 1/8/21 at 5:00pm
3. Join the live Zoom meeting 1/12/21 @ 11:00am 
4. Create your pixilation animation film using the Stop Motion Studio app on your chosen device, and email it to ecollins@kckpl.org by 1/21/21 @ 7:00pm
5. Pick up your viewing party bag from the West branch
6. Join the live Zoom viewing party on 1/26/21 @ 11:00am
