Event Details
Come build your own at-home screen printing press using a 6 inch embroidery hoop, pantyhose, paint, and other easy materials! You’ll have time to create your own design or use one of our stencils to print your image. Bring your own shirts and materials to print on or use our paper or tote bags. Taking home wet fabric/paper is a possibility if there is not enough time to dry. If there is not enough time for the glue to dry, patrons can take home paint to screen print at home. Paint has a risk of staining clothes, dress appropriately!
Free event and no experience needed! Located in the Youth Services department at KCKPL Main Library. Ages 10-19. Younger children may need help from an adult. Sign up is required either online, by phone call, or in-person.
