Program Description

Event Details

Holiday season is here for one and for all

And the library has not a single blank wall

The workers hung garland and snowflakes and bows

They placed baubles galore in row after row

 

And when they accomplished just the right look

Characters arrived from a Dr. Seuss Book

They read and they played. They created a stir

And when they were through things were not as they were

Though, the library still looked quite festive and bright

The librarians knew something wasn’t quite right

 

“Who disturbed our decor?” They said to the crowd

“Maybe it was the Grinch!” Someone shouted aloud

“No!” Cried the Grinch, “Don’t point the finger at me!”

“Two years ago,” he said, “I did steal your tree”

“That was wrong I know now and I’ve changed my ways”

“Please find the real culprit. Believe what I say!”

 

There are clues but this mystery will take some time
