Add a splash of color to your wardrobe with these modern tassel earrings! They're fun and easy to make. The Turner Community Library will have a limited number of kits that contain everything you need to make these earrings. Call 913-295-8250 ext. 4 to put a hold on this item for pick-up at the Turner Community Library until we close at 5 PM.
