Celebrate the 4th of July with a homemade banner! This is an easy craft that just requires coloring, cutting, and threading yarn. We provide everything you need except the markers. Put this item on hold till we close Monday-Friday 9 AM - 5 PM by calling 913-295-8250 ext. 4 at the Turner Community Library.
