Artwork should follow the theme: A Moment In Time

Enter in person at the Turner Community Library

Present the physical artwork by the deadline of August 4th to the Turner Community Library. 
Winners will be selected August 8th .

Requirements/Rules:
1. Artist must be between the ages of 11 and 18 yrs.
2. The Artist must submit their own art.
3. Artwork should be dry when submitted.
4. No Nudity.
5. Every entry must have an application submitted.
6. One entry per artist.
7. Artwork must have artist information on the back.

Artwork will be displayed in one of the display cases of the community center from August 14th to  September 1st.

Prizes will be awarded to 1st and 2nd place. 
Grand Prize: 12x9 in Cachet wire bound watercolor journal,  10x7 Utrecht wire bound journal, watercolor pallet, sketch pencil set, color pencil set. 
Second Place Prize: 10x7 Cachet wire bound watercolor journal, 5.5 x 8.5 in Canson wire bound sketch journal, watercolor pallet, sketch pencil set.
