Event Details

With starting 2020, we'll look back on the past decade to see what we'd like to change from the past and appreciate the goals we accomplished.  You'll look at the changes that can be made moving forward and what you can use to keep your path steady.  Refocus, destress, and meditation will be part of the focus of what we can do to manage the realities of everyday life.  Learn how to meditate and some mantras that might be beneficial.  The class will be led by Feng Shui Practitioner, Trish Breed.
