For the month of January, we will be watching westerns set primarily in snowy landscapes.  The feeling of isolation is heightened in these tales of outlaws, sheriffs, and bounty hunters.

On this night, we are watching Antonia Bird's 1999 film "Ravenous" starring Guy Pearce and Robert Carlyle.  It is rated R.

In a remote military outpost in the 19th century, Captain John Boyd and his regiment embark on a rescue mission which takes a dark turn when they are ambushed by a sadistic cannibal.
