For the month of May, we will be showing movies starring Humphrey Bogart.  Bogart had a movie career that spanned 4 decades, but he didn't become a screen icon until his 40s.  By the end of the century, the American Film Institute ranked him as the greatest male star of classic American cinema.

On this night, we are watching Bogie in John Huston's 1948 film "The Treasure of the Sierra Madre" also starring Walter Huston and Tim Holt.

Two down-on-their-luck Americans searching for work in 1920s Mexico convince an old prospector to help them mine for gold in the Sierra Madre Mountains.
