For the month of May, we will be showing movies starring Humphrey Bogart.  Bogart had a movie career that spanned 4 decades, but he didn't become a screen icon until his 40s.  By the end of the century, the American Film Institute ranked him as the greatest male star of classic American cinema.

On this night, we are watching Bogie in Archie Mayo's 1936 film "The Petrified Forest" also starring Leslie Howard and Bette Davis.

A waitress, a hobo and a bank robber get mixed up at a lonely diner in the desert.
