Lori Wuellner from K-State Research and Extension Services of Wyandotte County teaches this free class on how to freeze garden produce.  Learn to freeze sweet potatoes, chopped, mashed, shoestringed, or cut into fries. Sweet potatoes provided by the Turner Community Garden.  All supplies provided.
