Homeschool Adventures is back at the Mr. and Mrs. F.L. Schlagle Library! To kick off our fall semester, we will be hosting a morning of fishing at the Kid’s Fishing Pond, located next to the marina at Wyandotte County Lake Park. This fishing clinic and supplies is provided to us by Kansas Wildlife & Parks.

We will provide all the bait and equipment but you are welcome to bring your own if you choose. All participants 5-15 years old who need a pole must register. This fishing pond is restricted to children 15 and younger; adults are not permitted to fish from the banks.

This is designed to be a family learning event so please expect to stay with your child for the duration of the program. Poles will be available at 10am and must be returned by 12pm to staff. There will be no alternative date for rain.

**Please do not attend if you or any member of your family is feeling ill.**
