October is Healthy Literacy Month!  Healthy Book Bundles are available for pick up at the West Wyandotte branch.  Items have been collected on select health topics, including informational handouts for you to keep!  The topics include: 

  • Diabetes
  • Heart Health
  • Arthritis
  • Alzheimer’s: Staying sharp
  • Mental Health and Wellness: Mindfulness in the time of COVID
  • Home Fitness
  • Cancer: Prevention and Care
