Event Details

The Goldenberg Duo will perform a one hour concert at the Kansas City, Kansas Public Library, featuring musical compositions from across history, ranging from classic folk songs to the 21st century. Our presenters, Susan (Kansas City Symphony violinist) and William, her brother (Distinguished Professor of Piano at Northern Illinois University) will also talk with the audience, giving insights into the works they perform. They will perform works by: Franz Schubert, Jeno Hubay, Japanese Folk Songs, Samuel Coleridge-Taylor, Johannes Brahms, Oscar Haugland, and Bela Kovacs.
