Wyandotte County Lake has lots of beautiful shaded areas that are perfect hosts for fungi to grow! During this program, you can learn how to scout out mushrooms in Schlagle Library's very own backyard. The Director of the Missouri Mycological Society will be facilitating a class, where adults, 16+ can come, hunt for mushrooms, learn to identify mushrooms and see which ones might be edible and some poisonous.
