Did you know that you can do scrapbooking completely on your (or the library's) computer?

You can!

Using desktop publishing software like Microsoft Publisher, you can create beautiful scrapbook pages and print them out. Without spending lots of money on fancy paper, scissors, paper punches, glue, ribbons, embellishments, stickers .... well ... you get the idea!
