Event Details

Stop by the South Branch Library to create a paper marigold in honor of a departed loved one. The marigolds will be decorated with words and images in honor of those who have passed, and then displayed on the Day of the Dead altar at the Nelson-Atkins Museum of Art as part of their Day of the Dead celebration. Marigolds will not be returned after the event.

Venga a la Biblioteca South Branch a crear una cempasúchil de papel en honor a un ser querido fallecido. Las cempasúchil estarán decoradas con palabras e imágenes en honor a quienes fallecieron y luego se exhibirán en el altar del Día de Muertos en el Museo de Arte Nelson-Atkins como parte de su celebración del Día de Muertos. Las cempasúchil no serán devueltas después del evento.
