Join us on Saturday, May 21st at the Mr. & Mrs. F.L. Schlagle library for an exciting day of family-friendly cooking! Local chef and entrepreneur, KC Girl on the Move, will be leading us on a culinary adventure. Ever wondered how to make simple plant-based switches to some of your favorite dishes? Ever wanted to learn how to make homemade dressing for some of your favorite salads? If so, this cooking class is just for you! 

All ages and families are encouraged to attend. No need to bring anything with you, as all materials will be provided by the library. This class will primarily take place outside, weather permitting.

Advanced registration is required. Please be sure to register every individual. 

Stacey Hardman, aka KC Girl on the Move, has been featured in several local media outlets, including the Kansas City Star and Black Kansas City Magazine. She also has a well-known YouTube channel and Facebook group documenting her culinary adventures with her friends and family.
