The Main Library has another great craft kit for adults to take home. This kit will let you make a reusable beeswax wrap. Beeswax wraps are a natural alternative to plastic cling wrap. They are reusable, better for the environment and compostable when you finally get rid of them.

The kit contains fabric, beeswax pellets, pine rosin, vegetable oil, an eyedropper for the oil, 2 parchment paper sheets and instructions. You will need to provide an iron *or* an oven and baking sheet.

 

 

 

The Main Library will be offering a limited number of take home craft kits for adults and older teens (15 and up) twice a month. Craft kits will be available via curbside or walk-up Monday through Thursday between 9am-7pm and Friday between 9am-5pm while supplies last.
