Learn how cacao goes from bean to bar and explore some of the common tasting notes and health benefits of premium chocolate with tips on making your own outstanding hot chocolate at home!

Nicholas Crosetti is a trained cheesemonger and specialty items ( Beer, Wine, Cheese, & Coffee ) purchaser for Whole Foods. After years of living and working in California, he moved to Kansas City and can be found in the Brookside Whole Food store, playing with food.
